Does your CV fit this job?

Paste a job posting and add your CV. You get a fit score, the requirements your CV covers and where, what's missing, and what to do next.

Your CV

Your CV and the posting are read in memory and discarded once the result is shown. Nothing is saved, and no AI reads them.

Questions

How the CV check works.

How is the score calculated?

With the rules Jobwaker uses for every job. The skills, years of experience, degree and languages the posting asks for are compared with what your CV shows, and every point comes from something written in it. No AI is involved.

What does the score mean?

It's out of 5. From 4.5 it's an excellent match, from 4 a strong match worth applying to, from 3.5 a possible match. Below that, several core requirements aren't shown on your CV.

Is my CV stored?

No. The file or text is read in memory to compute the result and discarded straight after. To prevent abuse, we only keep a short-lived count of checks per network address.

Why is my score lower than I expected?

The score only counts what your CV shows. A skill you have but don't mention, a role without dates or a language without a level can't be counted. The missing list shows what to make visible, and you should only add what's true.
